Summer Bible studies are Thursdays from 12:30pm to 1:30pm in the second floor lounge of Tresidder.
We’ll be taking a look at the life of David.
David will be interesting because he’s such a study in contrasts:
- he was a ferocious warrior and a skillful poet (almost a samurai combination)
- he was a person of tremendous integrity who committed heinous crimes
- he was a man of deep faith who used his doubts as a catalyst for worship
- he started as a youth no one believed in and ended as one of the greatest leaders of all time
