Problems With Recording

Thursday, May 12th, 2005

Last night was a weird night at Chi Alpha in two ways.

First, the attack of the spiders. Around 2/3 of the way through the meeting spiders began descending from the ceiling. One seemed to have it in for Esther, in particular. What was up with that?

Second, the recording device didn’t record anything last night. It was on and the mic was plugged in, but somehow it didn’t get one single decibel. Sorry.

To make it up, here’s a link to a great series on the history of the Bible (both audio and video) including all the textual criticism stuff we dealt with last week. In fact, this was sort of a catalyst for me in preparing last week’s message: http://www.bible.org/page.asp?page_id=2439. Session 2, in particular, is quite interesting.
